Training Course Registration To register for a training course, please download, print and complete the following form and then fax back to your nearest MSC-A office. If you wish to confirm your registration, discuss accommodation options or have any other queries please call the relevant office. Please make sure that you have read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions below before registering for a course.

Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolments will only be confirmed upon receipt of a signed registration form.

2. Full payment must be received at least five (5) days prior to course commencement.

3. Cancellations: Attendee cancellations must be received, in writing, at least ten (10) working days before course commencement. Registrations cancelled by the attendee less than five (5) working days before the course are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made after the commencement of the course will incur the full course fee.

4. MSC.Software reviews course enrolment one week prior to course commencement, and MSC.Software reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum class size is not met. Upon cancellation, each student's fee will be promptly refunded upon request or the full amount credited towards the next available course.

5. If a class is cancelled, MSC.Software will make every attempt to notify you within three (3) working days.

6. Early Bird Group Discounts: A group discount is available for attendees who register and pay four weeks in advance of a class. To encourage group participation, MSC.Software offers the following discounts on our courses for attendees from the same organisation, who book and pay 4 weeks in advance:

These discounts apply to the total cost for all attendees from a particular company attending any single public course. All group discount attendees from the same company must register at the same time. If additional attendees from the same company register at a later date, any increase in the discount amount will apply only to the additional attendee(s). Group discounts will not apply over and above the 15% discount. If the student cancels the class, the payment is non-refundable; however, the fee can be applied to another class or another student from the same company. If MSC.Software cancels the course, the attendee's fee will be promptly refunded upon request.

7. Substitution of course participants may be made free of charge at any time.

8. MSC.Software reserves the right to alter course schedules without notice.

9. All prices indicated on this form are inclusive of GST.
