Practical Dynamic Analysis with MSC Nastran Training Course (NAS116)
The goal of this course is to provide practical guidance for dynamic analysis using MSC Nastran and to demonstrate special tools which are provided with the program to assist you. The tools demonstrated include standard features of the program and several methods which use DMAP alters provided with MSC Nastran. The purpose is to assist you in obtaining the best answers with the minimum effort possible. Topics discussed include how to use modes as tools, not only to make the analysis more efficient, but also to assist in understanding the dynamic characteristics and how to modify a structure to minimise dynamic response. A major emphasis of this course is making sure that the model you are using is correct before proceeding. This course is intended for experienced users who have used the dynamic analysis capabilities in MSC Nastran before.
